General Data Import for Projects, People and Customers

With our manual import options, it is possible to import the basic project data to Silverbucket for example in the beginning of a Silverbucket trial. There are two import options: a simple option for quick import and extended for a more profound import. Please note that the data needs to imitate the form of the data in the sample excel.

Check the attachments (in the end) for importing:

How to Upload the Import Excel

When you are ready to upload your import excel, head over to SYNC-view which is found from the ellipsis icon:

Select the corresponding integration from the dropdown selection and drop your file to the drop area. Then hit the Upload button and your file will be processed by the import. (example files are named alike to the integrations that they work with)

Uploading Something Else for our Support to Handle

If you have some other than the normal files for us to handle. You may select the option "send_excel" and hit the "upload" button. We will receive this file directly and get a notification of that. We will then handle the file manually, as long as the structure of the Excel is viable for upload - if not, we will contact you by email.

You will be informed by email when the data has been imported to your Silverbucket environment if you use the "send_excel" -choice.
