What Is the Difference Between a Project and a Program?
Program
- A program is like "an umbrella" that collects selected projects under it. A program can't exist without a project or multiple projects. - It is not possible to make resource allocations for a program; it only collects and sums up the data coming from the projects under it. - You can find all the programs from Projects > Programs
Project
- Project is a standalone entity which can work fine just by itself. If a project is connected to a program it could also be called "a sub-project".
- When allocations are done for the program's projects, the program will show an overview of all the data. - You can find all the projects from Projects > Listing
